V7 takes service to the customer
V7 customers have access to a service hotline in five languages. Each V7 product has an On-Site guarantee or a Pick-Up service, Pick-Up & Swap service or a Send-In service.
On-Site Service: the malfunctioning device is replaced with an equivalent – or superior – product. If you would prefer to keep your original device, it will be returned to you after having been repaired.
Pick-Up Service: the malfunctioning device is collected for repair. After having been repaired, the device is returned to you.
Pick-Up & Swap Service: this service is available for the S70G, S98S, S98M and N110S models. It encompasses the collection of the device from the customer, its delivery to the V7 service provider and subsequent inspection. If a malfunction is identified and the device is in an optically immaculate state, a refurbished device will be dispatched to the customer immediately. If a malfunction cannot be identified in the submitted device, it will be returned to the customer immediately for a fee of EUR 30.00.
Send-In Service: the malfunctioning device is sent to the V7 service provider at the customer's expense. After having been repaired, the device is returned free of charge to the customer.
